Welcome to Cadex Corporation's website featured acts: Dubmasters and Damage Band/Dumage.

Dubmasters reggae band is the brain child of Dexter Valmond aka Flava D aka Doctor Nonsense, who toured with Joseph Hill of Culture, played drums on their 1997 album Trust Me, and recorded on location the first ever live CD for Joseph Hill and Culture (Livity).  Dubmasters expresses the skill and knowledge of dub music that Dexter acquired over the years of working with reggae bands the likes of Moja Nya and Culture.  Dubmasters is produced by Joseph and Pauline Hill for Culture Connection, and the album Dubsonic is the first of a series of albums that will be released over the next few years.  Music that has been in the works before Joseph passed on in 2006.

Damage Band is a soca and bouyon band based in Orlando, Florida.   The founder and leader of the band is Dominica born, Dexter Valmond, brother of the late Tony Valmond, was a member of Liquid Ice Band that brought you songs like ‘Annie’ and ‘Pas Chue Mizik La’; has recorded with Rah Peters of WCK Band back in the late 70's; toured with Exile One with the ‘Fresh’ album in 1987; and mixed and engineered Fre Soul album from Grammacks..  He is the uncle of Kahlil "Huggi" Caesar who is the lead singer of the Damage Band.  The Band has been around for 20 years, recording, producing and performing songs every year.
